I’m Susan Toft, the CEO and Founder of The Laundry Lady, the world’s first online marketplace for laundry services. We connect busy individuals and businesses with a network of work-from-home contractors.

I’m also the creator and CEO of TimeBoss, an AI-driven platform that powers The Laundry Lady’s operations and provides scalable solutions across industries like aged care, cleaning services, and pet grooming.

With over 25 years of experience in international marketing, project management, and business development, I’ve held key roles at Austrade and PADI Asia Pacific, driving business growth across global markets. My passion for startups and supporting emerging entrepreneurs has made me a sought-after speaker at business events. I recently broke records on Shark Tank Australia and debuted at #44 on the AFR Fast Starters List.
